When I started The 21 Day Fix, I was fully committed and did not have sweets or alcohol in my first round of 21 days.
My second round…well, my sweet tooth was decreased but still there.
I searched online and found this recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies (from Forks to Fitness).
I had tried other cookies made with bananas, oatmeal, applesauce…you name it, I tried it. These are just what I need to curb my sweet tooth when it rears its ugly head.
Super easy, only three ingredients (except for this batch which I added mini chocolate chips).
Forks to Fitness has other recipes and the great thing is all Fix container counts are listed!
