This week I was on vacation from work.
It was a week of doctors and dentist appointments, work around the house and busy work.
My workouts and diet suffered and I am feeling it.
Back on track now though,
Monday: 3.2 Mile Walk, 21 Day Cardio Fix
Tuesday: 1 Mile Walk with E; 1 Mile Run and 2.5 Mile Walk
Wednesday: Denise Austin Aerobics DVD
Thursday: 3.2 Mile Walk
Friday: No workout (very busy day); 1 Mile Walk with E
Saturday: No workout (lazy day although I did clean my house, top to bottom)
Sunday: Zumba; 2 mile Run
