Continuing on my quest to make many of the recipes in the Fixate CookBook, I tackled Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I did not have almond flour, so I used white whole wheat flour.
Changes I needed to make:
~ I had to add a small amount of almond milk as my dough was too crumbly (attributing this to my use of whole wheat flour)
~ Decrease baking time to 10 minutes
I would say (for me) these are more like chocolate chip scones. They were tasty and a hit with my 3 year old!
