My second scarf for The Red Scarf Project is the Men’s Granite Stitch Scarf by Sarah at The Caped Crocheter.
My first scarf was decidedly for a female, so I searched Ravelry looking for a scarf suitable for a man.
In the completed project section for this scarf design I saw a completed scarf that incorporated two colors of yarn and really liked the look.
Using RedHeart Soft Yarn in Heather Gray and Wine, I made a warm squishy scarf suitable for a man or a woman.
A simple pattern utilizing extended single crochet and chains, I used one skein of each color.
I am also still working on my simple knit stitch scarf in Lion Brand Scarfie Yarn. This is going well, although I do have a few mistakes. I have guilt donating a scarf with mistakes in it…should I or shouldn’t I add this to my donations????
Happy Crocheting & Knitting!
