This past week, Miss ME and I went to Barnes & Noble to play in the kids area, run around and work with mega blocks.
Usually, I am chasing Miss ME all over the store. However, this time, she played for quite some time with the mega blocks.
That gave me an opportunity to look at some books and think of gifts for my nieces and nephews.
While I was looking at the books for 7-12 year olds, I saw A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L’Engle. I read this book 30+ years ago and remember truly loving it. I started to read a few pages and decided to buy it and reread it.
I am loving it all over it again!
Also this week, E and I were up really early one day and I found him at the kitchen island “reading” last weeks selection The All Of It.
So cute!
This weeks project, getting caught up on my Around the Bases CAL.
Have a good week!

Love that book cover! It was childhood favorite of mine and I’d like to get around to re-reading it to see if I still like it as much. Last year I re-read “Bunnicula,” another book I really liked as a kid, and it was just as cute as I remembered.

I found you at the Yarn Along and decided to visit because this is one of my favorite books and authors ever! I just checked out the audio version for the younger kids at the library last week…in case they wanted to start it without me. Your crochet work is beautiful!
