I am still working on An Unlikely Event by Judy Blume. I love it, just slow reading with the busyness of two sick kids, work and call.
Cheyenne from Tangerine Wallpaper (a fellow Yarn-Alonger) recommended The House on Mango Street in one of her posts. I was intrigued enough to put it on my Overdrive hold list. It was available quickly, so I am reading that too.
My current project is Tin Can Knits Wheat Scarf. I am going to make this into a cowl using some simple buttons. I have a little bit left to knit and it will soon be done! I absolutely love my new Furls Yarn Bowl and can’t wait to start my new crochet project (a mermaid tail afghan) and use my new Furls crochet hook. Lovely Christmas gifts from my husband.
Joining Ginny’s Yarn Along.
Happy Reading, Crocheting & Knitting!
