Work Out Recap

Last week was a good cardio week for me.

Spinning, hill walking, treadmill runs, 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio and 21 Day Fix Upper and Lower.

Total steps per my FitBit = 83, 335.

Joining a FitBit Work Week Hustle challenge for this week.

Spinning and a run on the books for tonight! (Love having Netflix to use on the treadmill)
