Time to take down our Christmas/Winter wreath off our front door.
Using up stash yarn (Vanna’s Choice, Jiffy, Stitches), I made a simple Valentine’s wreath.
I had a styrofoam wreath that I had planned on using to make a Christmas Wreath ala Attic 24…unfortunately, I just never got around to it.
For this wreath, I simply wrapped the styrofoam with Jiffy bulky yarn in white (truth be told, I was just too lazy to crochet around the wreath!).
I used my Clover pompom maker (in two different sizes) to make several pompoms. I love these pompom makers. I use them all the time. Much easier than using a fork or card board.
I found this video tutorial to make quick, easy hearts. So very easy! Using a magic ring, DC, TC and SS.
It is a cute decoration and took no time at all!
(Taking the pictures reminded me we need to take down the previous owners door knocker…time to get one with our name!)
Happy Crocheting!
