Well, I stayed the same this week.
Non scale victory-I tracked everything!
Looking over my WW food log, I could have made better choices.
I should have had more veggies, I realized I didn’t have my shakeology this week (helps with my sweets craving) and my workouts were not up to par.
This weeks workouts:
Saturday: 21 DF Cardio Fix
Sunday: 1.5 mile walk with the kids (carrying Miss ME for half of it-that was an upper body workout in its self)
Monday: 1 hour Spin class
Tuesday: Worked overtime, no workout
Wednesday: Weight Watchers Punch workout/intermediate (worked up a good sweat-fun workout)
Thursday: work then call, got home at 4am-no workout
Friday: slept 5a-9a and was too tired to work out.
So, I did get some workouts in, but I really am trying for 5-6/week.
There used to be a time I could work a 12 hour shift then stay on call until 7am, sleep a few hours and be fine.
Those days are GONE….LONG GONE.
By 5pm on Friday I felt like a mack truck hit me.
I didn’t try any new recipes this week, but plan on 2 this upcoming week.
