This week I am down 0.8lbs.
I am a turtle in the world of weightloss.
It comes off so slowly for me, but it is coming off.
I am at one month on Weight Watchers.
Luckily, I took my measurements before I started, and WHOOP WHOOP, I have lost 11.5 inches!
That certainly is motivating!
My scrubs and pants are feeling looser around the waist and thighs 🙂
I only made one new recipe this week:
Good, but needed more flavor in my opinion.
Simmering them in sauce helped.
Minimal workouts this week due to a stomach bug (how I only lost 0.8lbs with the vomiting and minimal food intake for 48 hours???)
- Saturday: 21 DF Kill Cupcake
- Sunday: Fun day with the kids
- Monday: 30 minute treadmill workout (speed/incline)
- Tuesday: sick
- Wednesday: sick
- Thursday: 3 mile walk
- Friday: work-no workout (wicked long commute home due to major rain)
On to week #5
