This week I am down 0.6 for 10.6 pounds total.
It is also measurement week.
I am down an additional 3.2 inches for 14.5 inches lost!
Measuring is helpful to me as I my losses only average 0.5 pounds/week.
Seeing the inches disappear helps me stay motivated.
Saturday: No workout. Was out all day then on call
Sunday: Worked until 430am and took a 2 hour nap when I got home. Was too tired to workout.
Monday: 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio (weights). Wanted to try 21 DF Extreme, but something was wrong with my BeachBody On Demand.
Tuesday: Worked then was on call. Home at 630am.
Wednesday: 21 Day Fix Extreme Lower Body, then crashed at 630 pm-out like a light.
Thursday: 21 Day Fix Cardio. I needed to work out in the living room to keep an eye on the kids, so I needed a workout without weights. I was going to do Extreme Cardio, but some of the exercises were too tough for my back (need to be super careful).
Friday: No workout.
I am going to continue to try the Extreme workouts and I want to incorporate at least one Piyo workout to help with my flexibility.
Also, my mom found Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution (15 DVDs) at a yard sale for, I’m sure, about a dollar!
I’ll be using this too!
No new recipes this week.
Although, I used the sauce from Skinnytaste’s Korean Beef to marinate chicken and it was super yummy!
