Weekly Weigh In

Although I lost 0.8 pounds, this was not a stellar week for me.

My real time tracking was almost non existent and by Wednesday, I  was negative 6 weekly points…by WEDNESDAY.

I learned my lesson, I definitely need to track as I prepare food and as I eat food.

No more eating and tracking it hours later.

Although my loss this week was consistent with my average, I felt sluggish and less energetic because of my poor choices.

Workouts:

Saturday:  I needed a mental health break and went for a pedicure rather than working out.  No regrets 😉

Sunday: Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Cardio Phase 1

Monday: YOUv2 Work It $hake It.  I needed to my workout in my kitchen as I supervised the kids doing dot painting.  I also wanted a fun workout.  This instructor is infectious!  As uncoordinated as I am, I had fun!

Tuesday: No workout.  My work commute was 3 hours total on top of my shift

Wednesday: Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Workout 1 Phase 1 (free weights)

Thursday: No workout, once again my commute was  over 3 hours.

Friday: I opted to spend the afternoon with Miss ME at the library.  Then I was a single mom for the night as my husband was at the Red Sox game.  After playing, dinner, bedtime, etc., I opted to have an ice cold glass of Chardonnay and watch some Gilmore Girls and knit…no regrets 😉

Total loss = 11.4 pounds.
