I missed posting last week as the weekend was so busy.
Last Saturday I was down 0.2 pounds…yup, barely anything, but I didn’t gain.
For that week, I really didn’t track…I had lost my tracking mojo.
This week, I got it back and it showed.
Down 1 pound this week.
Total down 12.2 pounds.
Next weeks weigh in will be my 12 week mark.
I’ll do measurements next week.
Who knows, by fall I may reach my goal and hit lifetime!
Activities these past two weeks have included 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, WW Kickboxing (Punch) and one 2.5 mile treadmill run (I just really wanted to run…luckily my back felt fine after).
