Not a good week…sigh.
+ 0.8 pounds.
No one to blame but myself.
I didn’t track well or work out.
My kids were home all week, and I realized I ate off their plates quite a bit.
A little extra here, a little extra there adds up to weight gain.
But, it is a new week!
Food shopping today.
I plan on tracking every morsel that I eat and hope to get in workouts.
