This was a very busy week.
In addition to my shifts, I was on call two nights resulting in not much sleep this week.
I only worked out once (**sigh**), but I did track my food on my WW app.
As a result, I lost and am now only 4 pounds away from my WW goal.
My WW goal is to lose the 17 pounds I put on during our tough 2015/16.
My ideal goal is additional 5 pounds.
However, my ultimate goal is to make lifetime in Weight Watchers (so long as you maintain your weight within a parameter, you don’t have to pay for the weekly meeting. I really like my weekly weigh in and meeting and think it was a key to my slow success).
So, when I reach my WW goal, I’ll do the additional 6 weeks to make lifetime and then focus on another 5 pounds.
I realized I haven’t measured in a while, so thats what I did today.
I have lost another 5.8 inches for a total of 20.5 inches!
(Measuring: waist, hips, bust, right/left thigh and right/left arm)

I just started reading your blog. I’m also using weight watchers! I have quite a bit more to lose, but I love reading other people’s stories.

Congratulations on the inch-loss!!! I admit I don’t bother too much with my weight anymore. As long as I’m active and eat well, I feel good, but I could probably lose some of the “spread” lol…
