My daughter really wanted to be a witch this year.
“But not a scary witch Mama”
“Ok, you can be a cute witch”.
I made the cape, which I wrote about here.
She still thinks the cape is “scary”, but has been wearing it at night (after she saw her brother show interest in it).
School is not allowing the kids to wear the costumes to school, only to put them on for the parade.
I bought some black, glittery leggings and found an old white long sleeved tee-shirt which I sewed a witch hat appliqué onto (made out of felt).
I then used this tutorial by The Crafty Gemini to make a Halloween skirt.
Here is Miss ME’s witch outfit:
I really love all the fabric I chose and everything can be used after Halloween as play/dress up clothes.
I hope to get pictures of her in it!
E doesn’t like costumes so Gramma bought him a great Spiderman tee- shirt to wear!
Have a wonderful, safe Halloween!
Happy Trick or Treating!
٩(♡ε♡ )۶ I love all the colors and prints. My mum had made me a witch costume but I got rid of it. I regret it now because when I had made my Frankie socks, I needed that witch dress!

LOL! I’m happy to report she wore it at school for the preschool Halloween parade! The cape is now a fought over item in the playroom between E and Miss ME 🙂
