Weekly Weigh In


I had to weigh in a day early due to work.

This week, I am only down 0.1 lb.

Not surprising after my big loss last week.

Major pat on the back for only eating ONE cookie after Monday’s baking session with Miss ME.


This weeks workouts included:

  • 21 DF Lower Fix
  • YouV2 Rock and Roll
  • Shift Shop Strength
  • Multiple 40 minute walks

I did well eating on plan.

I didn’t make anything new, but I did try Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Stuffing and really liked it (60 calories per serving).

I did have wine this week (it was a long week with the kids….I really enjoyed my glass of wine at night-I tracked each glass or merlot).

This week will be about figuring out Weight Watchers new plan.
