This week, I’ve been making pajama bottoms and hats to send to a friend.
I’ll be posting those at the end of the week.
Today, after a killer spin class, I really (emphasis on REALLY) wanted a bagel.
However, bagels are at least 9 points on Weight Watchers…I’m not willing to spend 9 points.
So, I decided to try SkinnyTaste’s 5 Ingredient Bagels.
Not only were these yummy, they were simple enough for Miss ME to make.
In the oven for 22 minutes and we had sesame and cinnamon/sugar bagels!
It was tough waiting for them to cool.
BUT, so worth it!
3 SP.
Give them a try! If you have greek yogurt, flour, kosher salt and baking powder (plus an egg for an egg wash), you have everything you need!
Have a great Sunday!

I have been following the bagel talk on her facebook page. Now that I actually know someone that has eaten them, I may have to give them a whirl. Wonder how they will turn out with spelt flour. We do not have any other flour in our house.

Check the comments section on the website post. People were asking about different ingredients and how they would work. These definitely helped my craving!

Yum! I’m not a big bagel eater, but those look wonderful. I may have to try making some. Miss E is a cutie pie.

Thank you! She really did all the work herself (except for the egg wash). It was a success!

How fun for her to work with her cute, little hands and then taste the fruit of her labors.

Well done on your WW bagels. I am gluten free and made some with gf flour, but I also found some bagel thins that are gluten free that are only 3 pts so they are my go to these days. They are made by O’doughs and are delicious. Your miss me is just the cutest!
