This year, I decided to make an Olympic project.
Although I completed it after the Closing Ceremony, I am still happy I finished it in quick time.
I chose a free pattern from Red Heart-American Pride Knit Cowl.
This was a fun project.
I learned how to make one left, always nice to learn a new skill.
An easy project to work on while watching tv.
As I posted pictures of the work in progress on IG, my friend Anne let me know she’d love to have it!
I love making projects for people in mind, gives you the push to not set it aside.
This will be going in the mail as soon as we get through our upcoming snow storm π
Before I tackle my big project (The Bulky Easy One Sweater), I am finishing some languishing WIPS.
First up, my Hitchhiker Shawl done with Lion Brand Mandala yarn.
Have a great week!
Congrats on your finishes. Your Olympic project is very patriotic. This Hitchhiker looks cozy.

What a cute cowl…too bad it would be too warm to wear for our other patriotic holidays. I love the hitchhiker and how it turned out with the mandala yarn! I have that yarn and the Hitchhiker has been on my favorites list for several years! I should cast it on as I love yours!
