A Lovely Weekend

A nice trail run on Saturday with my friend Laurie.  Love that this is turning into a weekly thing! PawSox Saturday night.  Finally, a date night! YMCA 5K Sunday morning.  Happy to have been there for my friend Kat's first 5K! A hike with E in the afternoon. Hope you had a good weekend!

The Joy of Spring

Lovely weather equals an impromptu trip to the State Park. Which means stopping at a sub shop for some lunch. Which means a lot of chasing kids, ball playing and walking wooded trails to burn off the fries. Well worth it! A wonderful day! (and a new place to run, great trails!)
